SNCO Course

well it started off with getting to know people then advancing to working together.
on the 1st day, i was Sierra's IC. i hope i did'nt make too many mistakes...haha

Then on the 2nd day, made mistakes as a group but hey!, we're jus getting warmed up...haha. everybody was more bonded and worked together more efficiently. improved!

3rd day was relatively ok with improvements here and there. learnt more things from LTA hozefa and his motivational speeches. hope i did well for the CD knowledge test!:)

4th day. almost there! hanging in there with a new perspective of leadership. i seriously think we will all help the cca improve and go to greater heights! NCDCC in all the other schools would be working hard so we have to up our game to be at the top!

5th day! FINALLY! the leadership test was an eye opener. we all saw the side of the other group members that they never showed. some were good but others bad. we all peservered and reached this far...we are now all SNCOs!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATES TO ALL FELLOW SNCOs AND ENCIKs TO BE! had a great time with all you guys and hope u remember me:) thanks a lot for the experience and see you guys soon!!
